UPPER SADDLE RIVER, N.J. -- Professional Baseball Instruction in Upper Saddle River will host an athlete workout on Sunday, Jan. 17.

Several colleges will attend the workout, including: Amherst, Babson, Bard, Bates, Catholic, Clarkson, Cornell, Delaware State, Drew, Elon, Fairfield, Felician, Fordham, Fredonia, Georgetown, George Washington, Gettysburg, Hamilton, Haverford, Holy Cross, James Madison, Manhattan, Marist, MIT, Nichols, NJIT, NYU, Post, Princeton, Sacred Heart, Southern Vermont, Stevens Institute, Trinity, Tufts, Rhode Island, Ursinus, Vassar, Washington College, Washington University at St Louis, Wesleyan and Wheaton.

The event includes laser timed 40 yard sprints, defensive showcase, batting practice, Go Live simulated games and recruiting seminars.

The event will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
