BEDFORD, N.Y. -- Pound Ridge Elementary School students got a lesson in teamwork recently while maneuvering through the Fox Lane Middle School Ropes Course, according to a statement from the local Parent-Teacher Association.

Fifth-graders from the elementary school traveled to the middle school on Bedford Road on Oct. 6 to "work to a new height," said Janelle Coppola, a PTA member.

"Together, they had fun climbing and conquering obstacles and bridges while building self-confidence, trust and camaraderie among their classmates," she said.
