WALDWICK, N. J. -- Solana of Waldwick developers went back to the drawing board and are now presenting new plans for an assisted living facility to Waldwick Planning Board members this week, according to NorthJersey.com.
While developer Formation-Shelbourne continues its appeal of the zoning board's July rejection of its larger plan in court, the firm is putting forward a new design Wednesday that is only two stories and requires no variances from zoning rules, said NorthJersey.com.
The earlier plan called for three stories and several zoning variations for the building that was to be built on 3.5 acres on Wyckoff Avenue, just west of Walgreens. The new plan has already been reviewed by Waldwick officials, reported NorthJersey.com.
