ALLENDALE, N.J. — Children can learn afternoon tea etiquette and modern table manners at a Royal Children’s Tea at the historic John Fell House in Allendale on Saturday, Oct. 17.

A traditional afternoon tea will be served to parents and grandparents with a special menu and desserts for princes and princesses 13 years old and under. Children can come dressed as their favorite royal character — Disney included — and prizes will be awarded to those in costume.

The historic home of Revolutionary War Hero and Patriot John Fell is located at 475 Franklin Turnpike, in Allendale.

The event runs from noon to 2:30 p.m. Tickets cost $35 per person or $15 for children 13 and under. Space is limited. Reserve your place by Oct. 10.
