Ousted Ramsey Hockey Coach Has Been Replaced

RAMSEY, N.J. — Following the controversial firing of Ramsey's high school hockey coach, the Board of Education has appointed a new one, NJ.com reports.

Former assistant Ramsey hockey coach Jeff Mills will be replacing Dean Portas who was ousted in the spring, originally reported by NJ.com.

Portas was fired in May, after allegations that former Board of Education president Tony Gasparovich felt his son didn't get enough playing time.
