WALDWICK, N.J. -- The chairman of the Zoning Board has resigned and is moving to Franklin Lakes, NorthJersey.com reported.

J. Patrick Hunter resigned last month.

Hunter, a native of Waldwick, has been a member of the Zoning Board since 2008. He was vice chairman before being elected chairman, and held the position from 2013 until now, NorthJersey.com said.

Hunter and his wife, Angelyn, will be moving with their 7-month-old daughter, Olivia. He works in Manhattan as a sales manager for Mercedes-Benz, and is the co-owner of Wyckoff Cycle. He also rehabilitates commercial properties in Bergen and Passaic counties as a real estate developer, NorthJersey.com reported.
