Surveillance images from the hotel show the thief enter through an unlocked door used for housekeeping personnel and exit 10 to 15 minutes later carrying the 43-inch TVs wrapped in a sheet, Capt. Laurence Martin said.

The bandit loaded the goods – valued at $1,000 – into a dark-colored Nissan Maxima with a partial New Jersey license plate of "R97," Martin said.

Anyone with information that could help the investigation is asked to contact Detective Jorge Barreto at (973) 633-3532.
