Craig Swenson, 54, "provided the clients with a forged judgment, which was purported to have been issued by a Bergen County Superior Court judge," Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said. "In reality, no such judgment had been issued."

Investigators from his office found that Swenson furthered the scheme by using $14,500 in entrusted funds from another account to pay the client, the prosecutor said.

Swenson was given a Sept. 20 first court appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack on charges of misapplication of entrusted funds and forgery, .
