Driver Connected To Lewd Acts Leads Mahwah Police In Parking Garage Chase

MAHWAH, N.J. — A man allegedly found committing a lewd act in his car in the garage at the Sheraton Hotel was arrested after hitting an officer's vehicle and a short pursuit, NorthJersey.com reports.

The chase occurred in the parking garage of the Sheraton Mahwah Hotel.

It wasn't the first act that John Sfugaras, 33 of Wyckoff, was connected to, the article says.

Police did not indicate the nature of the acts, but was charged with three acts of lewdness and attempting to elude police, NorthJersey.com says.
