MIDLAND PARK, N.J. -- Lucille Claire Fairless, 90, of Midland Park, died Friday, Oct. 14.
She was born in 1926 in Passaic. She was a lifelong resident of Midland Park.
She was a former member of Faith Reformed Church, Midland Park and attended the Northwest Bergen Senior Center. Before her retirement, she was a customer service representative for Paulist Press, Mahwah for 20 years.
Surviving are her two sons, David and his wife Samantha and James and his wife Sharon; three granddaughters, Theresa, Olivia and Juliana; two step-grandchildren, Frankie and Melissa Holtham; brother, Arthur DeRose (Sandra); and sister, Linda Peek (James).
She was predeceased by her husband, James Fairless; sister, Marilyn Kruithof; and brother, James DeRose.
Visiting hours are from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Vander Plaat Funeral Home, 257 Godwin Ave., Wyckoff. There will be a funeral service at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home followed by the interment at Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Paterson.
