David A. Holmes, 65, Of Ho-Ho-Kus

HO-HO-KUS, N.J. -- David Alexander Holmes, 65, of Ho-Ho-Kus and Nantucket, Mass., died Monday Nov. 30 at home. 

Holmes is survived by his wife Catherine Holmes; children David Addison and Christina Marie; sisters Katherine and Christine, and brother Paul. 

Calling hours will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Van Embargo Funeral Home,Ridgewood. A funeral Mass will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at St Lukes Roman Catholic Church, 340 N. Franklin Turnpike, Ho-Ho-Kus.
