Upper Saddle River Signs Off On Apple Ridge Redevelopment

UPPER SADDLE RIVER, N.J. -- The Upper Saddle River Planning and Zoning Board approved a proposal to build 44 homes along the Apple Ridge Country Club on Oct. 2, according to NorthJersey.com.

Included in the approval is the removal and remediation of soil that contains arsenic and lead, due to its former use as farm land, NorthJersey.com said. 

Attorneys from the borough and the development company will draft a binding agreement that the board will ratify, NorthJersey.com reported.
