Upper Saddle River Offers Free Adult Health Clinics

UPPER SADDLE RIVER, N.J. -- There will be a free adult walk-in health clinic on Thursday, April 28, at the Upper Saddle River Borough Hall.

The services offered include

a health history evaluation;
blood pressure, height and weight measurements;
individualized counseling and education; and
referral, follow-up and a confidential consultation with a public health nurse.

The clinic is available for all adult USR residents on the fourth Thursday of each month, through the Borough's contract with the Bergen County Health Department.
