UPPER SADDLE RIVER, N.J. -- The Upper Saddle River municipal budget will be introduced at the Regular Mayor and Council Meeting on Thursday, April 7.
Officials hope to maintain the same level of services they currently provide while remaining within the 2 percent, state-mandated cap.
The borough has seen a spike in new building with $428,073 of revenue coming from building permits in 2015, the Facebook Post said.
In addition, the borough's credit is rated as AAA by Moody's, allowing interest rates to remain low, officials said on Facebook.
The Borough has also been successful in attracting new business concerns, including EarthCam, HWP II Inc., Maserati, Diamond Manufacturing, Triangle Manufacturing, Manfrotto Distribution, Waggin’ Camp and Nissan, officials said.
The budget will be unveiled at 8 p.m.
A public hearing on the proposed budget will be held on Thursday, May 5 at 8 p.m. at Borough Hall.
