Last month, a Superior Court judge ruled against Ridgewood in a suit saying the village misappropriated utility rates for municipal use, the article says.

The appropriation will cover updates to the structure, which will eventually be the Ridgewood Water headquarters, NorthJersey.com says.

Ridgewood Water currently uses three locations, one is in Midland Park, two are in Ridgewood.
