Troy Leonard, 33 of Franklin Lakes, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for sexually abusing eight children and submitting fraudulent insurance claims last year.

The acts occurred several times in West Milford, Ringwood, Verona and more New Jersey towns between 2011 and 2015, the article says.
