Patric was born in Queens but raised in Upper Saddle River. He attended Cavallini Middle School and Don Bosco Prep, as well as a high school in Santa Monica. While in high school, he participated in productions of "Dracula" and "Grease."
His father is Jason Miller, a Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright and Academy Award-nominated actor, his mother is actress Linda Miller and his maternal grandfather was actor and comedian Jackie Gleason.
Patric landed roles right out of high school, and got gig for which he is perhaps best known, in "Lost Boys," not long after. He is mostly a movie actor, but he's appeared in multiple Broadway productions as well -- including a revival of his father's play, "That Championship Season."
