NORTHERN HIGHLANDS, N.J. -- Waldwick's annual Ragamuffin Parade will be held in conjunction with the 4th annual “Trunk or Treat” on Saturday, Oct. 24.

The parade will start at 10 a.m. at the Christopher Goodell Public Safety Building on East Prospect Street and end at the Waldwick train station on Hewson Avenue.

The “Trunk or Treat” event will immediately follow in the parking lot. Residents gather their vehicles in a large parking lot and children go trunk to trunk, collecting treats.

The best costumes win prizes.

There will be activities for the kids with some light refreshments.

All are welcome.
