Waldwick Library Event Helps Job-Seekers Find Employment

WALDWICK, N.J. -- The next "Neighbors Helping Neighbors" job-seekers meeting will be at the Waldwick Public Library.

The "Neighbors Helping Neighbors" job-seekers group will meet Dec. 7 at the Waldwick Library.

At these meetings, members share their backgrounds, discuss where they are in their job searches, what to do to improve chances of being hired and where others can connect through volunteer or workplace opportunities.

The meeting will be from 7-8:30 p.m. Monday.

The borough councilman and trustee on the Library Board also has made appearances in Washington D.C. to help with the jobs crisis and long-term unemployed individuals.
