WALDWICK, N.J. -- The Waldwick Band continues its summer concert schedule, playing in Waldwick on Tuesday, July 12.
The show will include "The Star-Spangled Banner," "El Capitan" and "Into the Woods," among other pieces. The band was founded in 1954, as the Waldwick Fire Department Band, and it became a community band in 1968.
The Waldwick Band and will also play in Waldwick on July 16 at the Cupola, and on July 19 and 26.
The free performances will be from 8-9:30 p.m. at the Waldwick Oval Amphitheater, 39 Hopper Ave. -- at the intersection with West Prospect Avenue.
