TEANECK, N.J. -- The Teaneck Chamber of Commerce is hosting "Understanding Your Company's Most Valuable Asset -- A Guide to Better Customer Service," on Wednesday, April 6.
This session is part of the Chamber's Business Improvement Series. Wilma Hurwitz will discuss securing and keeping customers -- which is a constant process for today's businesses.
Hurwitz is a Montclair-based business consultant whose innovative public relations and marketing initiatives and customized sales communications training have made a bottom-line and image difference for more than 100 New Jersey businesses.
"While you can conduct extensive market research and customer analysis, consider some basic motivations and personality factors that influence how you build and sustain your customer relationships," a news release notes.
During this 45-minute interactive workshop, attendees will
- realize what customers expect before and beyond purchasing your product,
- differentiate between customers' needs and wants as they influence a buy decision,
- interact with five select customer personality types to build quality long-term relationships.
