ALLENDALE, N.J. -- The Fyke Nature Association's monthly meeting will feature "Jerry Barrack: from Africa to Allendale," on Thursday, May 26.
Barrack has traveled from South Africa to Allendale, "with many interesting stops along the way," organizers note. He'll present some favorite images from the game preserves of Phinda and Londolozi, and Kruger National Park, including those of the "Big Five" -- lions, leopards, cape buffalo, elephants and rhinos -- as well those of birds not seen in the U.S.
He'll also show new photos from Florida and other locales, including the Celery Farm.
"As usual, the show will last exactly 37.5 minutes," organizers note. The meeting will begin at 8 p.m. The group's monthly meetings are held at Allendale Borough Hall, 500 West Crescent Ave. For more information about the group, visit its website.
