Ho-Ho-Kus Workshop Helps Parents Gain Control At Home

HO-HO-KUS, N.J. -- The Ho-Ho-Kus Home & School Association will hold a free seminar by Hohokus Unplugged for parents seeking to gain better control over technology within their family on Nov. 17 and 19.

Certified parenting expert and N.J. State educator Fern Weis will lead a two hour workshop on how come set realistic goals and limits and how to enforce them more positively. 

"Love and Limits in the Age of Technology" will address issues such as where and when technology is allowed, how much screen time is too much and when are rules too strict or lax.

The seminars will take place Nov. 17 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Nov. 19 from 8:45 to 10:45 p.m. at the Ho-Ho-Kus School Library.
