HO-HO-KUS, N.J. -- Worth-Pinkham Memorial Library in Ho-Ho-Kus will host a workshop on the body art form known as henna on Thursday, June 30.
Professional henna artist Hayat Gul will discuss henna's origins and its uses today.
Guests can get all-natural henna designs, applied by Gul, that last one to two weeks.
Those with allergies should check the ingredients: henna powder, sterilized water, eucalyptus oil, rose water and sugar.
The workshop is for young people ages 10-18. Space is limited. Registration is required. Click here to register; guests should register individually.
The workshop will be from 2:30-4:30 p.m.
The library is at 91 Warren Ave, Ho-Ho-Kus.
