HO-HO-KUS, N.J. — Yoga for overburdened caregivers is being offered Sunday, Dec. 6 at Ho-Ho-Kus Yoga.
The "time-out" yoga practice is designed for caregivers who may be over-burdened or have their personal well-being on hold due to a loved one’s health needs.
It's intended to remind caregivers of the importance of nourishing their own bodies, minds and spirits.
Restorative yoga instructor Maria Baez Domingue will teach the class, scheduled for noon-1:30 p.m.
Cost is $25. Register in advance.
